I'm not a fan either, but at some point the company surely needs to explain why the people who own the company (us) should vote for it. It's been what, 4 months?
Given they haven't announced 500 contracts, I can only assume the deal is off, regardless. Again, they haven't told us anything.
The attitude sucks.
I say lets get the 400 ATM's in from the last deal and start making a profit. They have been saying for years that 1000 was the magic number that gave them the economy of scale they needed......lets see this sucker turn into the black.
