Are you telling me that they are trying to counter sue using a subsidiary???
That is just ridiculous.
That's like me getting hit by a car and then trying to sue someone that wasn't even there for damages.
These guys have $600 an hour lawyers and know this is not possible.
Sounds like a delay tactic to me, just trying to buy time.
