GBG actually went to $1.485 when it had 935 million shares - peak of its market cap in early 2011. I remember it well when I was traveling :)

It now has 1.490 billion shares or so. Haven't bothered clicking Friday's announcement, but I know its around that.

GBG won't get $1 anytime soon. Need iron ore to hold around $140 for a few years to justify that with an expansion case as well. 50 cents is probable. I'd hope for 60-70 personally. But the negative sentiment around iron ore won't let this travel at a high PE, so don't hold your breathe. Not to mention the analysts could be right and GBG could be in trouble.
