The last time I looked, it was the US bullying the North Koreans with nuclear-armed B-52s & B-2 Stealth bombers.
Then there is the small matter of sanctions, or in reality starving millions of old men, women and children peasants who are already half starved. The Americans are skilled at this: in Iraq they and the British illegally starved to death millions of Iraqis through sanctions and through war crimes such as destroying food plants, power stations, water grids etc. Then they went to war against them illegally.
So did I get that wrong?
Oh, okay, so how exactly are the North Koreans bullying anyone? With words?
