To pick up on point 1 only - we all believe that this new JV alone is worth 1c (100%) at a MINIMUM to the share price, regardless of Conrad.
How has nobody jumped on that?
I don't want to sound negative here, because my sentiment is the opposite of that, it's just that I don't understand, and that makes me nervous. This seems too good to be true, and 85% of my experience suggests that anything that seems that way, is.
It's not your job to explain it to me, I get that, but someone out there would be all over this if it was a sure fire 100% gain.
