Tonight another cheap cut(just for you FA)
MSA lamb shoulder (they now sell these cryovacd) 375 mls of spanish fino sherry , a bottle of dry white, 3 carrots a whole bulb of garlic and 4 and a half hours of 140 degrees in the cast iron.
No knife required.
I understand that some people may find western eating habits 'affluent' however the people who have prepared their meals and shared the experience have at least treated the ingredients with respect, and probably take pride in cooking and what they cook.
And who knows perhaps they help people for a living, or are liberal in the assistance they provide to others.
