We have had no positive cash flow since i originally bought in November 2011.
Since then, numerous legal issues have been revealed, mainly due to pressure from the IG, these legal issues are the reason why there is no JV partner or debt based funding.
It seems that at least one issue was intentionally not released to market.
The only times of positive cash-flow into the company is when it credit raises and dilutes ownership.
I suppose my question is, why is SG still on a $500,000 per annum salary?
So many, points of mismanagement, misjudgement, non compliance to plan, non performance of plan, non disclosure and yet he makes more than the top 2% of US citizens and he has never shown us one single dollar of profit in an annual report.
Why is he still there should be the question but lets be nice, why is he still getting $500,000 a year?
Can anyone of the company defenders justify that please (considering the above)?
