A few indications when taken together tell me there is a good probability for a bounce. Initial target - 9c
* Thursday's candle is an inverted hammer. See description HERE
* Price is moving off lower Bollinger band.
* Stochastic - Below 20 is oversold. OEL is currently at 7.5. Indicator line (blue) is crossing signal line (orange). This highlights a shift to upward momentum
* MACD - Histogram bars (red) are becoming shorter. This signals that the MACD line (blue) is converging with the Signal line (Orange) and will cross in a matter of days.
Often my Stochastic signal precedes my MACD.
