Hi bystander - it always occurred to me that Beach's put option was so overly generous, it was in their minds it would never be called - because they would own Icon before they had the chance.

However, all Machiavellian notions such as that aside, let's suppose Beach's motives are honourable and everyone is reading far too much into the unhelpful manner In which information has been announced on this issue and it is what it is - surely Beach or perhaps others would not be able to pass up on the opportunity to pounce on such a target which has had it's SP devastated for little or no reason? It's just too cheap.
