Disclosure re: WA-424-P occured in the Sept 2010 Qtrly dated 28/10/10. The transfer was completed in Oct 10 with NXS transferring the permit but retaining an overiding royalty interest.
Considering that NXS was on the "bones of it's bum" then pre $122m raising - it was probably a reasonable direction to take as the didnt have money to drill it and meet their commitments on the permit.
So I have explained how the asset "disappeared off the NXS asset register" - it simply didnt disappear.
I am not concerned about New Management.... licking their lips at whats left for themselves" simply because Don and Lucio simply dont seem the type + I am counting on you keeping them in line.
Sell everything youve got Ritchie and buy the hell out of them if you get the chance between 10 and 12c
