    Kin I don't think it works that way...only those already employed fit the criteria....it works on the mechanism of allowing people the undiscriminated against free choice in their civic duty to end up after the donation nearer to a no economic loss scenario.

    The devil will be in the detail.....for instance the only reason we see shortage's in blood supplies is because the red cross makes profits from keeping the supply as donation only.

    If no true middle man is employed to reap the great on-selling reward from these kidneys like the red cross does with blood it's a goer IMO anyway.
