    seems to me one hurdle to the restructuring of the securities/ mortgages over the companys assets has just been overcome. ICA hold security over PLV for their debt and they would not agree to the new $24m security being registered until they got what they wanted. ICA now have what they wanted - payment in full or agreement to pay what they wanted and ICA have now agreed to the new $24m security being registered.
