    The appeal by TFML Limited against the judgement in favour of MPS(August 2012) was heard on Thursday and Friday of last week in the NSW Supreme Court.(See NSW Supreme Court website ,online court lists).I can't find anything set down for this week so maybe that is the end of the hearing.Wonder how long it will be before we get some news on this-the appeal being lost by TFML means an extra 4.92cps to MPS.
