If no money. Hanlong bought I think around 460 million shares around $0.44 cents each.
Share price has fallen by just over 50% since they got involved. Hanlong hand 50% of 460 million = 230 million shares back to SDL for none payment of money owed with interest and loss for share holders over the (lost) two years.

Works out to be around 10,000 shares to be forfeited to every share holder x 23,000 share holders.
