No, like I said, it will be a joint enterprise as a cosequence of a deal done between the Govt, The Miner, Hides and the two provincial governments who are funded from the proceeds of the Hides field.
But the road IDC will build will simply stem from the Porgera/Tari easment Rd.
Most of that will be realtively light work but there are a couple of patchs where a D9-10 and airtrack will be needed. I understand the plant for this is already sourced and near to site.
