I agree totally posborne. I am a DJS shareholder and it breaks my heart shopping there. The service is appalling! I know I have said this before but seriously, I remember when there was a time that buying something from DJs was something special. Now I believe they want to buildup DJ brand clothing up. Well if DJ stood for anything they would be on a winner but as DJs just stand for cheap,I can't see this being a hit. In all the media I have read, luxury shopping is UP. DJs constantly want to go head to he'd with Myers but I don't see Myers in the same sphere. Sometimes it is about the experience. But I suppose when the. Board is made up of predominantly men, they're never going to get the emotional side of shopping. In the meantime, I want to buy a $2000 handbag and the three ladies working in the section can't be bothered even looking at me let alone give me the brush off. No it was not a concession section.
Staff training is definitely lacking but then so is pride I working at DJs.
