Hey Brow,
We will get finance for sure,Numerous parties are interested in TOE...The last ann,the most anticipated ann was long overdue,we new it was coming,the SP went down.
The next ann for finance IMO will not have the effect we would hope for,if the last was anything to go by,although it will stop the slide for the time being.
