    BOLLINGER UPDATE
Sirius Resources NL (ASX:SIR) (“Sirius” or the “Company”) advises that
ongoing drilling at its Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper project continues to
define thick zones of mineralisation as previously encountered. New
assays received for holes from the Bollinger deposit confirm initial visual
estimates and new holes continue to define mineralisation.
    Bollinger
New assays from the Bollinger deposit confirm significant zones of
    mineralisation including:
    ? 21.85 metres @ 5.36 % Ni and 2.16% Cu from 405.33 metres in
    hole SFRD0277 on line 650N.
    ? 74.78 metres @ 1.32% Ni and 0.53% Cu from 432 metres in hole
    SFRD0267 on line 700N.
New drill holes at the Bollinger deposit continue to intersect significant
    zones of mineralisation including:
? 67.4 metres of disseminated, net, breccia and massive sulphide
from 394.2 metres in hole SFRD0280 on line 675N.
? 55 metres of disseminated, net, matrix and breccia sulphide
from 396.2m metres followed by a footwall zone of 2.5 metres
of massive sulphide from 461 metres in hole SFRD0286 on line
    675N.
? 13.8 metres of breccia and massive sulphide from 452.5 metres
in hole SFRD0291 on line 675N.
These intercepts together with those listed in Annexure 1 and shown in
figures 1 to 4 confirm the continuous nature of the mineralisation at
Bollinger, which comprises a central core of massive sulphide overlain by
a more extensive, thick zone of lower grade net textured and
    disseminated sulphide mineralisation.
    Feeder zone
Drilling of the feeder zone between the Bollinger and Nova deposits has
identified two zones of mineralisation with one representing the NovaBollinger feeder zone with a second feeder zone above it, as follows:

? An upper zone of 9.7 metres of breccia and disseminated sulphide from 422 metres and a
lower zone of 32.5 metres of disseminated, stringer and breccia sulphides from 465.5 metres,
including 4.6 metres of massive sulphides in hole SFRD0281 on line 700N.
The upper intersection may represent a feeder zone connecting the Bollinger deposit to the sulphide
mineralisation associated with the stratigraphically higher conductor 5, whereas the lower intersection
    represents the Nova-Bollinger feeder zone.
    Reconnaissance
An additional 6 holes have been drilled elsewhere within the Eye as downhole electromagnetic (DHEM)
platforms to define vectors to additional potential massive sulphide lenses. The DHEM surveying of these
holes will take place during the next two weeks.
Four drill rigs will continue to delineate the extent of the Bollinger deposit and the northern part of
conductor 5, with each hole typically taking one week to complete.
Two rigs will systematically explore the remainder of the Eye, including the gravity anomaly that forms the
“iris” of the Eye, with each hole being set up as a DHEM platform.
As per the new 2012 JORC reporting guidelines, a summary of the information used in these exploration results is as
    follows:
Bollinger is part of a Proterozoic aged gabbroic intrusive complex within metasediments situated in the Albany Fraser
mobile belt. It is a high grade metamorphic terrane. The sulphide mineralisation is related to, and part of, the intrusive
event. The deposit is analogous to many mafic hosted nickel-copper deposits worldwide.
Bollinger is located wholly within Exploration Licence E28/1724. The tenement is part of the Fraser Range JV between
Sirius Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius Resources NL, and Ponton Minerals Pty Ltd. Sirius has a 70%
interest in the tenement. The tenement sits within the Ngadju Native Title Claim (WC99/002).
Drilling of the Bollinger prospect and surrounding area is by diamond drill holes of NQ2 and HQ diameter core (39 holes
    averaging 520m). The nominal drillhole spacing is 50 m x 50 m in the immediate Bollinger area and 200m x 200m in
the surrounding area. Diamond core recoveries are >95% overall. Drillhole collar locations were surveyed using RTK
GPS, and all holes were downhole surveyed using high speed gyroscopic survey tools.
Sampling of diamond core was based on geological intervals (length 0.2 m to 1.3 m). The core was cut into half (NQ2)
or quarter (HQ) to give sample weights around 3 kg. Field quality control procedures involved assay standards, along
with blanks and duplicates. These QC samples were inserted at an average rate of 1:15, with an increased rate in
    mineralised zones.
The sample preparation of diamond core involved oven drying, coarse crushing of the half core sample down to ~10 mm
followed by pulverisation of the entire sample to a grind size of 85% passing 75 micron. The sample preparation for RC
samples was identical, without the coarse crush stage. A pulp sub-sample was collected for analysis by four acid digest
with an ICP/OES, ICP/MS (Ni, Cu, Co) finish.
All reported assays have been length and bulk density weighted. No top-cuts have been applied. A nominal 0.4% Ni
lower cutoff is applied. High grade massive sulphide intervals internal to broader zones of sulphide mineralisation are
reported as included intervals.Sirius Resources ASX/Media Announcement 3
The prospect is dominantly flat lying and is drilled to grid west with drill holes inclined between -60 and -90 degrees. The
intersection angles for the drilling appear virtually perpendicular to the mineralised zones. Therefore reported
downhole intersections approximate to true width.
All samples are measured for their bulk density which ranges from 2.90 g/cm3
    to 4.66g/cm3
    .
Multi element assaying is conducted routinely on all samples for a suite of potentially deleterious elements including
    Arsenic, Sulphur, Zinc and Magnesium.
Geotechnical logging was carried out on all diamond drillholes for recovery, RQD and number of defects (per interval).
Information on structure type, dip, dip direction, alpha angle, beta angle, texture, shape, roughness and fill material is
stored in the structure table of the database.
