I fail to see why anyone thinks SDL is a good buy; either as stock or as a project. Based on the HL deal, the purchase price being $1.3B and a stage 1 capex expected to be $5B (likely underestimated), this is one expensive proposition with a long lead time. Good luck to all holders for a satisfactory outcome, but I just dont see it happening.
