The results have been great , cost discipline tight , prod and cost projections met , reserve replacement in an environment of good production and projects executed well and under budget
All o and g CEOs are paid high , at least results here have been solid
2012 was a good year , cash grew despite massive capex , new discoveries and RSC progressing very well . Clear focus with no chasing of the latest trend
