I'm not saying your numbers are wrong - but as you pointed out, everyone 'knows' that junior minors tend to understate the costs and overstate the recovery........hence me throwing out the numbers some people might expect. Take a look at the HC thread for BCD, even they expect cost overruns. Some folks seem to think we get 50% of the throughput, but the deal is for the net.
Now, from what I know, I (personally) think the numbers in the release are likely to be more pessimistic than optimistic, hence I think they are undervalued.
I was trying to point out what the masses would look at, not reality, as such.
