    I do hate annual reports for ASX listed companies, far to many non-important (to me) bits on compliance etc etc.

    However I did find this on P49 of the report under note 24 and can't remember seeing it before, or it being discussed before.

    The company gave the CEO a $590,000 interest free loan in 2010 !!
