All,

Have been following APG's 'progress' for some years. Two things that may be construed as misleading and deceptive for Kronos to peg their claim on are ;-
1) time to completion of plant ( obviously if kronos caused the delays or most of them with suggested changes then this will fail BUT APG has given shareholders angst on time matters in the last half decade )
2) plant not delivering results as forecast... ( obviously such info hasnot made it to the market yet and such tests may not have been run anyway given that the plant is incomplete so again this is unlikely )

On point 2 poor old MHM ran into big problems with its up and running plant not performing anything like early trials... and one or two tungsten plays have also failed to deliver in reality compared to trial runs; share prices suffered a lot!

I dont think the two points above are likely to succeed at this point but just offer them as possibilities to consider. Corporate play is far more likely.
