The ANN said a SID was being written up, and that no material adverse change can occur after the SID. I don't know if this is a poison pill here. The media has also said that conditions have deteriorated for BBG. It *could* be, that BBG has one further write-down prior to the SID, so that the Naude bid starts to look good. I am NOT trying to be negative here (Burnett, I gave you a thumbs up on your non-holder post), but the market may still be cautious. If there is a write-down a la "Trading update", let's hope the company gets it out of the way as soon as possible, because if one is needed, and it comes after the SID, unless Naude and Co waive it, things will look even more shakey.
