This must be the first time ever for me (maybe even the entire ASX history), whereby someone comes in to make a takeover bid at below the last market price and the board (will)recommends it.

Looks like its a done deal, just need some "i"s to be dotted and its done.

Personally, i would definitely roll some shares into the NewCo. Yes, it will be unlisted. But it will be stupid of me to sell the shares at rock bottom price to someone else.
