I have been busy last few days with various roadshows, so have not had much time to catch up on forums/reading of late.

You have raised some very relevant points, yet I see no one has picked up the conversation which I find odd.

'Purchasing' the land is a new twist, as this is not what we were initially chasing.

The update tells us they have been busy with legal due diligence to establish tenure. I think this is a huge positive. Could it be that Thamrin is so certain of what lies beneath that we would rather buy the land outright, than be a slave to the land owners down the track once the true value of the tenement is public?

Exciting times for sure.
