The best investors in the world rely on 'the market' being wrong to make money, they sell when the market/stock is overpriced, they buy when things are undervalued.
As Towkay pointed out, a director just spent $56k+ because he thinks its undervalued, which is a big vote of confidence in not only the operation, but also that he won't be able to pick any up in a capital raising which I gather won't be needed.
