At the time of the plane crash wiping out the board when we had no permits, no governmental approvals and SIGNIFICANTLY less defined resource (including high-grade), fundamentally the 2 companies cannot be compared. We were just an explorer with no rights to develop the resources.
The company at time of the plane crash was in fact IMO an existential threat.
Gloomy as it is in the current share price, we are in a infinetely better position right now. If the board chooses to expedite the process towards a non-chinese solution (JV or otherwise), the Chinese will come back within a flash IMO.
