Ann: Elph Offer to Close , page-2

I'd like to think that once the DBE offer closes, then the share price will lift initially to somewhere between the Lonergan Edwards valuation range ($0.21 - $0.27), say $0.24.
I continue to like what the company has to offer and I think the DBE offer was very opportunistic and was designed to frighten off small share holders.
I have accumulated and continue to hold.
