I said before and say again I agree the CR is needed, but I disagree with the timing and handling of the CR.

What obligation? Where did you get that requirement?

Once again, imho, Prima is well funded for a small cap company for the next 12-15 months to meet the "obligations" and not to rush with a CR. How many small cap companies do you know with market cap ~100mil, no income, having ~28mil in the bank, 2 grants, tax rebates and no debt? Not many, but many wud envy to be in a similar position.

small hope for me, ML and the board are much smarter than me and know what they do and why they do it that way;)
