    How long is a piece of sting comes to mind. It all depends joint partners and just how commercial it is.

    Don't forget pipelines and infrastructure are Bharats specialty. And Bharat have said they will look at funding that side of it.

    Plus AWE have an oil treatment plant just down the road that has spare capacity.
