I think the CR was a response to the CR of 0.28c many investors participated in like my mum & I. Yes we are sitting on a loss and I vented my displeasure at the sp and the lack of communiction & support behind the slipping sp by the board. Dendrons woes havent helped. Nasdaq listing spin and lack of US support hasnt helped. MR resigning hasnt helped. MR selling a stake hasnt helped. Dropping Dubai hasnt helped. NF resigning hasnt helped. Downrampers & stock maniputalators havent helped.

So for all the negatives I believe the board has given all investors another chance to participate at a very reasonable sp level considering the above. Its a up to 150000 shares max and now at a average price see update of SPP. We will also get long term options (4yrs exp @0.20c) for 0.02 based on your holdings.

Yes they could have waited until later in the year on expectations and good November results but with NF going and possible new R&D of CVac for other cancers why not now and also give LTrs a reward for our patience. I believe they have and to the DRprs thumbs down!
