Baotou's loss is completely different with your said "insolvent". any RE producers of had been put into production if compare the results 2012 with 2011, all will record in a huge losse because this is the affect by Re bubble burst. bue Baotou can bear a big loss, can sustain many years and will not to be "insolvent", surely Lynas can't be so. don't hope to win this war of low-cost price competition with China RE state-owned enterprises, and Lynas's CEO would not be so silly.
