Report out sauce or no sauce
They have reached parmasean but are yet to taste the sauce. Drilling through the last layers of lasanga of betchemel sauce and pasta layers hoping to reach spagetti junction. Geologists with the additional specialist support of a food technologist report that with spagetti all the suace ends up at the bottom of the bowl wher-as in lasanga it is held between the layers.
There is still concern that the structure may be Gnoochi in which case a special bib will have to be fitted.
We are looking for a rich sauce with the right colour and viscosity with good flavour that will go well with a nice lambrusco
