Your property sounds beautiful.

Could you give me a little more info before I give my opinion?

Do you know if your property is in actual real danger of being ripped up?

Do you know if there is a very likely chance that your farm is sitting on a large commercial quantity of brown coal?

Is your property definitely within one of Mantle's tenements?

When did you find out for the first time that your property could be sitting on this large brown coal resource?

Were you aware that there are other huge coal mines in your immediate area within the Latrobe Valley?

Is there a chance that you could be paid a large sum for your land with which you could reluctantly relocate to another beautiful farming area that isn't surrounded by brown coal tenements or sitting on a large commercial resource?

Thanks if you can answer those questions and I don't envy your situation as it sounds like you have put a lot of hard work into building something nice for your family, but remember it's often only a tiny protion of a large tenement that get developed.

Have a look at Mantle's Bacchus Marsh tenement and check out the tiny portion that is being considered for development. Hopefully yours could be a similar situation.
