Does anyone think that there could be an attempt to keep things up in the air (low value share results in this tactic), thereby keeping existing on-market options out of the market until expiry?
The point of such a strategy would be that any future shareholders would then not suffer any future share dilution by the exercising of any options on market.
The strategy eliminates option-triggered decay/dilution of shares value.
Maybe my mind is wandering...
