Buddy - No opinions or speculation in this post, just some facts (which I hope makes you happy).

You asked: "Tell me where I am speculating". Here are a couple examples...

1. Second sentence of this phrase: "Kronos is demanding what they are demanding from us. And IMO there has to be some serious reasons for them to be doing so."

2. Everything but the first sentence of this phrase..."Our current MC is only of about $24mill dollars. As such, all they would have had to do was to offer say between $50mill and $75mill dollars and it would have been all over and done. The fat lady would have been singing the final tunes then IMO."
