First Diamond Hole at Conductor 2 Intersects Massive Sulphides Highlights; ? First diamond drill hole intersects massive sulphides where predicted by DHEM Conductor 2 target located down-plunge on the Main Lode ? 7.1m of sulphides intersected (see photos below) from 341.5 to 348.6 metres interpreted as close to true width ? Includes 5.6m of massive sulphides from 342.3 to 347.9 metres ? Further confirms the current Home of Bullion exploration model ? New strong DHEM conductors generated at the Southern Lode providing additional drill targets for immediate follow up ? 1600m diamond drilling ongoing targeting high grade copper Kidman Resources Limited (“Kidman” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the first diamond hole HDD034 drilled down plunge on the Home of Bullion Main Lode has intersected a 7.1 metre thick zone of sulphide mineralization. Significantly, this zone was predicted by downhole electromagnetic (DHEM) surveys identifying the Conductor Plate 2 target. This intersection is interpreted as being close to true width. Yet to be assayed, the massive sulphide intercept contains abundant chalcopyrite (copper), galena (lead) and sphalerite (zinc). The drillcore will be processed and fast-tracked for assay analysis. Shane Mele, Executive Director, said “It is very pleasing to see that our first diamond hole has intersected a zone of massive sulphides – importantly where predicted by the untested DHEM Conductor 2 plate modeled on the Home of Bullion Main Lode. We are particularly encouraged by the continued drilling success at HOB, where DHEM has enabled us to identify and target these conductors that remain open at depth. This drillhole has intersected high up on the Conductor 2 plate so it’s encouraging to see the thickness of the mineralization with the strong DHEM response indicating that potentially better zones may still be down plunge. This positive result further confirms our exploration model at HOB”. Diamond drilling at Home of Bullion is ongoing and targeting both the Main Lode and similarly identified conductors at the Southern Lode where recently completed DHEM surveys, after the successful first pass RC drilling, have highlighted further exciting drill targets. The Company is anticipating completing approximately 1600m of diamond drilling testing three DHEM targets and results will be released as and when they become available. Kidman is expecting further DHEM targets to be identified from the recently completed RC drill program.
