    Yes pretty obvious we can't find a partner for HRV.

    I wonder why.!!! HRV is too good to let go. It's limbo land

    RSV backup must show more promise and likelihood of a partner.

    The bad as I see it is the no mention of slashing of old mgmt ranks.
