4. HRV? WTF is the situation? What is "several quarters"? Why use the word "independently"? Why not just say we are deciding whether to continue it full stop?
5. Explain RSV. How much time have we lost? What's the problem and how does this impact our backups?
6. Which Gram Positive programs are we "continuing to pursue out licensing"? C Diff? Gyrase?
7. If we are reducing programs and workforce (by 30%), WTF aren't we reducing board numbers?
