How can you say/call that, and that I am making speculations for God's sake. Have you read the posts that have been posted in this Forum, or have you not??
Kronos is demanding from us what has been posted in this threads by someone else. And,
If you are to read the first paragraph of the Announcement itself, which is specific enough, you would also be able to notice what they are demanding from us.
Baseless accusations mate. It is all there in black and white, and yet, you've decided to call me to task. Period.

Again this comment of yours is ridiculous at best. To start with, just go and have a look as to why I've posted that comment. You'd soon find out that what I wrote is very much to the point of facts and reality.

To call that we are expecting at least $1 per share for our shares, it would mean that we are close to a $1,200,000,000.00 dollars company. I hope you've noticed how many zeros I have written in there. Laughable IMO.

To call that Kronos is only wanting to do what they are doing because they want to take us out on the cheap, as it has been written in these threads ad nauseum, that is another ridiculous and childish comment. Especially when if you look at what I wrote, which you have copied and pasted, Kronos, if they wanted to, they wouldn't have to pay much at all to take us out. How many shareholders do you think will still be holding if Kronos was to put a bid on the table at 7 or 8 cents. Even just a 5 cents bid is representative of a premium to our current price of approximatley 130%. Practically unheard of IMHO. So, barring the few ones that are posting here, not many at all would be left holding. They (Kronos), would be swamped by the immediate rush of acceptances.
What do you think would happen if Kronos was to lodge a Sect.249D and call for the whole Board to be pushed aside?? Do you think you would have enough votes to stop it.??? Serious stuff mate.


Finally, to say that our shares will be at twelve cents by the end of June current and that the shares will be at 30 cents by the end of the current calendar year, that it really dangerous staff. If those comments were to be made in HC, I am sure that they would have been classified as a straight out baseless ramping and modearted. IE. ""One plant operational (4 months) earns $7 - 10m ) calues stock at around 12c on earnings and two steel companies interested will add another 30c to the stock within 12 months without counting anything for the technology, base metals or other licences.""

And yet, our sp took a serious dive since that was written. All-the-while, the lammings continues.

Someone would have to have a real ""method in their madness"" to write such a thing.
