Or just cynical. I know plenty of people who run successful, private businesses and honestly, it isn't that hard to get it right. To have the opportunities and benefits that come with a listed company, a truly great product and a favourable market and then to still not be able to make sales is pathetic.
My thoughts about the financing announcement is that they say "further details on the company's finances" - ominous, imo - and also that they released the announcement after market closed.
