you have to strip out all the rubbish to get to the good stuff. The ounces produced are ahead of expectations and within budgeted costs ( the fall in diesel and explosive pricing might be helping ).

The lower gold price is not an issue in the short term as they have 70,000 ounces forward sold at a price a lot higher than here and they also have 40,000 bought puts (1640)..

Looking at that it is probably the smartest thing they have ever done !!

The only issue I see is the sale of Comet will not go ahead as I doubt Crest could raise the $14 million ..( $6 to RDR )

So it will be tight but being cash flow positive in April will see them through - albeit a little tighter than they would have liked !!
