    Just look at it this way, you have till the 3rd May to make up your mind. Entitlement is not compulsory. If you want to participate or not its an option to do so. Every person to his own opinion.

    The offer is underwritten anyway so NKP will get the money. You can read my last post to get a better idea on this issue.
