The manipulators are firmly in control here and have been for many months (with insider knowledge no doubt of future events) and are very motivated to ensure sp stays down until such a time they want a rally.
management clearly have no interest in the future of the company and are happy counting their inflated paychecks until the new owners kick them out.
cash in the bank now accounts for 33% of market cap, which now stands at 134m ... will RIO take 76m for its share ?
