All coal stocks dead as a dodo. Counter cyclical, for sure, only question is, for how long. At present holders of coal stocks need to be able to ride out the storm, might be years away but no one will know for sure. The main thing for SMR will they be able to bring their projects to market in what is a high cost low revenue industry. If you have the funds you could buy heaps at current levels and tuck them away as a retirement package.
