carbonman online broker fees are cheap as they dont include advise and you especially do not get offered cheap shares through placements.
I have a few friends who fit into the sophisticated investor bracket and they do get charged a lot , I think a mate told me last week he paid like 400 bucks to close a 30k trade or something .
