    Could it be that some of the SOPH are selling existing TTE shares to pay for the ones allocated in the CR? Sell 015, 014 and buy back 0126?? They are selling because they are guaranteed to get back in at a discount without missing the boat??

    Just my take on things for what it is worth.

    All IMHO of course.
