The thing is that these shares being traded represent such a small amount of the value of BTR. Approx. 65% of BTR is known to be held by long termers, many of whom are invested into BTR at over $1. It would be interesting to know the averages of all the big holders like Glencore, Norsound, Acorn, etc.
For me, this is a great opportunity to buy more into BTR as the story has not changed. I don't believe there to be anything hidden - based on the good governance of the company to date (even trading halts when we didn't think they were even appropriate).
Kate made a good point that this feels like hostile takeover territory. The question is, is this the calm before the storm or are we in the eye of it?
