The Research papers on the Rail corridor - The Environmental and World Heritage Papers are the property of Cam Iron. The Research Papers as to the drilling for construction of the Rail line culverts,bridges Etc all belong to Cam Iron. There will be areas that perhaps have solid rock that will need blasting,other areas that have deep clay and will need proping with concrete piles,swampy sections Etc.
Any one else building the rail line will need to know what is below the surface before they start trying to build the rail lin The same with the Port,SDL had a Company with a rig out there from the UK doing work off-shore to sus out the sea bed so they know what is needed to construct the jetty.

Just my opinion. Could be wrong.
